XL2Web – Excel to Web Form Autofill ("XL2Web", "we", "our") is designed to help users automatically fill web forms using data they provide locally. Your privacy is important to us.

🔒 Data Collection

XL2Web does not collect, transmit, store on external servers, or sell any personal data.

All data processed by the extension — including Excel/CSV files, field mappings, and autofill configurations — remains locally in the user’s browser.

📁 Local Processing

XL2Web operates entirely on your device and:

• Reads Excel (XLSX) or CSV files selected by the user
• Stores configuration locally using Chrome storage and IndexedDB
• Fills forms only when the user explicitly triggers the action
• Optionally supports Auto-fill on navigation when enabled by the user

No user data is transmitted to external servers.

🌐 Website Access

XL2Web requires access to websites in order to detect and fill form fields chosen by the user, including forms inside embedded iframes.

This access is used solely for form autofill functionality and not for tracking, advertising, analytics, or profiling.

🤝 Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transmit user data to any third parties.

🔐 Security

All processing occurs locally within the browser environment under the user’s control.
